Student Day, held in conjunction with the NetJets Career Fair at the Reading Regional Airport on October 9, will bring together students, educators, employers, and industry leaders for a day of connection and opportunity. Through hands-on engagement, career pathway discussions, and direct access to aviation professionals, students will have the chance to explore the many possibilities within the aviation and aerospace industries.

Student Day Registration Checklist

1. Register Your Classroom or Individual Student
   • If registering for classroom, use the below form labeled, ‘CLASSROOM REGISTRATION.’
   • If you are a parent or guardian registering your student, use the form below labeled, ‘INDIVIDUAL STUDENT REGISTRATION.’
2. Check Your Confirmation Email
   • After submitting your registration, you or the individual listed as LEAD INSTRUCTOR will receive a confirmation email with event details and the required Student Photo Release Form link.
3. Complete Student Photo Release Forms
   • A Student Photo Release Form is required for each student attending Student Day.
   • Parents and guardians can complete the form online or download the PDF version here: https://aerium.org/student-photo-release/

4. FOR TEACHERS:
   • If a parent or guardian chooses to complete the PDF version, please collect the completed form and bring it with you on Student Day.
5. FOR PARENTS:
   • If you choose to fill out the pdf form, bring it with you on Student Day.
