Aviation Institute of Maintenance is committed to the education and personal enrichment of each student interested in an aviation maintenance or a trade technician profession. The Community College of Allegheny County offers programs in Aviation Management, Aviation Technology, and Private Piloting. Each of the programs trains you to meet the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. The private pilot certificate is designed for the student wishing to obtain a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Private Pilot Single-Engine Land License with an Instrument rating.
The Community College of Beaver County offers it's James M. Johnson School of Aviation, the school includes programs in Advanced Piloting, Aerospace Management, Air Traffic Control, and Professional Pilot. All CCBC Aviation program guidance and policies are contained in James M. Johnson School of Aviation Sciences guidelines.
Earn a B.S. in Aviation Business Administration and an Associates Degree from CCBC with concentrations in professional piloting, air traffic control, or aerospace management. Geneva’s Aviation Business Administration program is nationally accredited by the Accreditation Council of Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP)
The Lehigh Carbon Community College offers two aviation programs including Aviation Science A.A.S (AVS) and Professional Pilot A.A.S (AVP). Students can choose from two Aviation programs that prepare you to work as a commercial pilot, certified flight instructor or in an aviation-related field. All aviation courses are taught at Lehigh Valley International Airport.
Marywood University offers an Aviation Management (Pilot/Flight Operations)Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in it's School of Business and Global Innovation.
